Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Carnalito Mix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, an incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control.

Carnalito Mix must be refrigerated. Please refrigerate the product immediately after delivery. Do not consume the product if the bottle arrives opened, damaged, leaking, or appears unsafe.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
